Although it doesn't have the word Burnley on it the seller (who was selling a collection of Burnley tokens) told me "... it came out of a house clearance in Burnley many years ago not far from where the United Irish League club use to be, in the Burnley Wood area of town".

Listed as follows
A rare discovery piece uncovered during the recent FUN Show in Orlando that caused a stir among those serious Florida collectors to whom it was shown. This 38mm beauty is made of an uncertain material, either celluloid or vulcanite or plastic and is inscribed in Leprechaun Gold on a full Dublin Green planchet. These pieces of Leprechaun Loot are good for one dollar off your next purchase of drink (including Guinness!) or food at the lair of the little liltin' leaper. Finding the loot is hard as finding the principle's pub is VERY hard even if you know where to look -- and the wee ankle biter doesn't like you taking any of his loot away but I chanced it and snuck out one piece while the tiny troll-like tyke was nodding off watching Notre Dame nabbing defeat from the jaws of victory on the telly...
