There are 100s of tokens featuring a shamrock.
These are mostly USA plus a few from elsewhere are often described as being "Irish"
Only a small selection are listed here

O: FRANKLIN HOTEL DEADWOOD, S.D. $1 on a shamrock
R: (unknown)
A shamrock is depicted on many gambling chips including plastic, clay & wooden types. I list this one only.

O: a shamrock on a clay poker chip - Seymour code PL-CO – CLOVER
There are many chips simply featuring a shamrock. I show this because it is a very early piece, apparently offered for sale by a B.A. Stevens in his 1886 catalog. Presumably the clay pieces chipped easily and perhaps gave rise to the name "chips."

O: GERMAN AMERICAN BICENTENNIAL PHILADELPHIA OCTOBER 6, 1883
R: GERMAN TOWN OCTOBER VI MDCLXXXIII and "VINUM LINUM ET TEXTRINUM" around a shamrock with a vine, flax plant and loom on each leaf. c.32mm 0.25 oz.
Another piece which breaks my rule of only listing pieces which state "Shamrock" - I list this because of the reference to linen and the loom. Linen built N. Ireland, and was probably at its height around this time.

O: DUFFY'S TAVERN INC. 115 N. CLARK ST
R: GOOD FOR 100 IN TRADE 38mm brass
I list this because of the "Irish" name and the district - there are a number of "Irish" tokens from N. Clark St. Chicago.

O: BILL AMORT / (clover) / ORLAND, CALIF.
R: GOOD FOR / 10¢ / IN TRADE. Round aluminum 24mm.

O: BILLIGHEIMER'S BILLIARD HALL NO'S 210 & 212 VINE ST CINCINNATI, O.
R: (Four Leaf Clover). 22 mm. German Silver.
1880s Variety of Rulau OH-Ci 9.

P S / GOODS VALUE 2d a shamrock. Probably Irish. I think it reads 2d - either that or 2p.
Boise, Idaho
O: CLUB CIGAR STORE 316 – LUDLOW H & H inside a 3-leaf clover in the center
R: GOOD FOR 5¢ IN TRADE
